Villa Federico is a splendid example of a modern and elegant villa, ideal for families or small groups, just 3 kilometers from the center of Marina di Ragusa, and the charming golden beaches that characterize one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy.
Large living area, with modern style kitchen, overlooking the pool with sea view. Laundry room, equipped with everything you need.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a large whirlpool.
Modern, elegant, air-conditioned, well furnished and equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, electric and microwave oven, wi-fi internet etc …).
Outside the swimming pool, solarium with shower and large equipped verandas that ensure maximum comfort. All around garden with lawn and barbecue area. In the background, beautiful sea view.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Ragusa und ein tolles Haus. Es ist genau so, wie es die Bilder versprechen. Von der Straße ein wenig zurück gesetzt, so dass es sehr ruhig ist und es ist das letzte Haus in einer Reihe. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und optimal vorbereitet. Wo gibt es welche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
We had the best holiday in Sicily, in no small part due to the excellent accommodation - Villa Federico is one of those rare beasts where the photos on the website are actually accurate representations of the villa itself. It was immaculately clean, well-furnished, the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds comfortable. The pool is great and the gardener and pool-man so quiet and unobtrusive we didn’t see them once during our fortnights stay, although we knew they had been.
The location is great - we were able to explore much of southern Sicily without spending too much time in the car and there are some beautiful towns within 40 minutes of the villa. The local town, Marina di Ragusa, is lovely - a great town square which comes alive in the evenings with families of all generations - some great restaurants and gelateria (we ate a LOT of ice cream!) and a lovely clean safe beach.
Elena was a superb host - waiting to greet us on arrival and provided an excellent list of good places to eat and visit. We only needed to contact her once during our stay and got an immediate and helpful response.
I can’t recommend Elena Villas - and Villa Federico in particular - highly enough and would gladly go back tomorrow!

We’ve booked Villa Federico for 2 weeks and it was a great experience. Most probably even the best one for the past 4 years we’ve been booking Villas in different parts of Sicily.
Villa was 100 % fitting with the description mentioned with regards to interior and exterior equipment (except sofa which was a bit used).
I personally appreciated a lot the kitchen and its large number of equipment available as I usually tend to bring stuff from home just in case of !
Air Con was really appreciated as it was rather hot outside (up to 35°C in July).
Swimming pool had the perfect size and height which allowed our kid (10 years old) to stand up on the entire length).
Gazebo and semi covered area with table / chairs was also greatly appreciated as offering a longer stay outside despite sun.
One thing that may not be of interest for everyone but it was for me, was that there was almost no mosquitos !!!
Neighborhood was quiet and despite being rather close to main road, we were not bothered by the cars’ noise.
Reaching out Marina di Ragusa sea front took us 10 mn and we could find a large choice of various restaurants. Supermarket was also not that far away (5/10 mn drive) with was appreciated.

This is a beautiful villa, very clean and with all the facilities you need. We stayed two weeks at the start of summer. Elena, the manager, was really friendly and helpful. We had one issue with the internet, and she sorted it out very quickly. The villa is set on a small side road just north of Marina di Ragusa, and the garden opens up onto fields with a view leading down to the sea from the Terrace. There is air conditioning for hot nights. It is well located for sites in the south of Sicily and we made day trips to Syracuse in the west and the Valley of the Temples to the east. We were very happy here and had a great holiday.

Die Villa ist sehr grosszügig gebaut und gut ausgerüstet. Der Pool war super und die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Vermittlerin Elena arbeitet hervorragend und ist bei Bedarf zur Stelle was wir sehr schätzten.
Einzige negativ Punkte: Das Öffnen des Fensters im 2. Schlafzimmer ist nicht möglich, hat aber Klimaanlage. Leider keine Deutschen Fernsehsender.
Vielen Dank für diese nette Kritik. Natürlich ist es möglich, das Fenster des zweiten Schlafzimmers zu öffnen. Vielleicht habe ich vergessen, den Schlüssel zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sat-TV bietet mehrere internationale Kanäle. Ich werde auch die deutschen Kanäle überprüfen. Dank
