Enchanting sea view home, with swimming pool in the new residential area of Marina di Ragusa: just 900 meters from the sea.
On the ground floor, large living area with living room and kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and the covered veranda. There is also a service laundry and a bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom.
The sleeping area (on the first floor) consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom (with a big single bed) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds) . A bathroom serving both bedrooms. A large terrace with sea view.
The sleeping area is completed by the attic floor where we find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The rooms are modern, well furnished, with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities.
Outside there is the solarium with large verandas equipped for the necessary comfort even by the pool. External bathroom / changing room serving the swimming pool

Great resort and fantastic location (bit of a hill but that means a seaview!). The villa is large and modern with lots of space for our party of 8 to spread out - especially good as two 18-year-olds are used to their own space. The pool is lovely and great after lots of sightseeing in the local area - I recommend Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. Sicily is just beautiful.
Elena looks after the property and lives nearby so was on hand quickly when we had an issue with a loose door handle and cooker on the blink.
However, there is a lot of building work RIGHT outside the villa and there will be all summer 2023. We knew because we'd checked Google maps and had accepted the situation, however there was never any mention of this on the site - that's bad for the unaware as it is noisy. Be warned.
There was also more noise at night with a howling dog right behind the villa but Elena tried to help with the neighbour concerned and it did get better,
On check in Elena noticed a broken bit on the ground floor shower. However on leaving we were charged for two broken soft close toilet seats. We disputed it was us, different parts of the family groups used different bathrooms, how is it possible for different people to cause exactly the same damage?! Despite our protest Elena charged us anyway, as per the booking conditions. Check EVERYTHING when you arrive or you will be charged for others damage or general wear and tear. Left a bit of a bad taste after a great holiday.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes modernes Bad. Man geht ungefähr 15 Minuten zum Meer zu Fuß den Berg hinunter. Von der Terasse und dem Poo. hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick ! Negativ : zu unserer Zeit wurde gerade die untere Hausreihe gebaut, also den ganzen Tag über Baulärm und Staub ab morgens 7:00 Uhr. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Zum schon hohen Wochenpreis kommen auch noch 150,00 Euro Reinigung dazu, was nicht sein müsste ! Und nur ein gewisses Kontingent an Strom ist inklusive, wir mussten nachzahlen, obwohl wir keine Klimaanlage nutzten u. den ganzen Tag meist nicht da waren.

Tatsächlich ist die Villa sehr geräumig, hat ein schönes modernes Design, schöne Innen- und Außenmöbel und einen wunderschönen Meerblick.Bitte entschuldigen Sie den Lärm, der durch die Fertigstellung der neuen Villen in der Nähe der Villa Ambra entsteht. Leider sind diese neuen Villen erst bei Ihrer Ankunft bezugsfertigDie Kosten für die Endreinigung der Villa, für die Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie die Stromkosten (nur bei Überschreitung der auf dem Buchungsformular angegebenen KWH-Grenze) sind im Buchungsvertrag ausdrücklich angegeben. Vor allem der Strom war eine kleine Ausgabe (insgesamt nur 14 Euro aufgrund des höheren Energieverbrauchs). Bedenken Sie, dass Sie eine Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen waren und die Villa über große Räume und einen Swimmingpool verfügt.Es war uns eine Freude, Sie kennenzulernen und wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.Elena
