A very beautiful villa, in a modern style, with a swimming pool, a well equipped solarium and a garden.
Just 3 kilometres far from the centre of Marina di Ragusa and from the splendid golden beaches typical of one of the most beautiful coastline in Italy, Villa Margot represents a magnificent example of modern architecture perfectly integrated with the natural contest that surrounds it. A wide living area with large glass windows overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.
The living area is made up of a large room that includes the living room and the kitchen. We can also find a laundry room and a small bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms and aroom with twin beds for children. There is a large bathroom with a shower. The rooms are modern, well furnished, with an air conditioning system andall the necessary comforts.
Outside there is the solarium with large well equipped verandas for the necessary comfort at the poolside too. There is also a garden all around with a lawn full of plants.

Die Villa sieht genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Der grosse Pool im Garten ist top. Die Kommunikation mit Elena ist einfach und informativ. Sie steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. In ca. 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit erreicht man mit dem Auto das Zentrum von Marina di Ragusa. Die Ortschaft biete viele Restaurants etc.

Abbiamo passato 2 settimane nella casa Margot con i nostri bambini di 10 e 12 anni. La casa era perfetta come descritta sul sito ! La piscina ottima e tutto ben curato !
La provincia di Ragusa era una bella scoperta, abbiamo visitato posti meravigliosi come Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Marzamemi, Siracusa ! Ci sono tante spiaggie belle e mare limpido.

We stayed in this villa for 14 days during July 17. the house is exactly as the description says, very modern and nice. we have two kids 11 and 8 years old what was perfect for this house. the place around is quiet and the pool area invites to relax. Elena & Francesco are very nice person and everything was perfect organized. all in all we had wonderful holidays.
