It also has a dressing room with showers and toilets.

There is a padel court exclusively available to guests, and a bowling green.

In an area of the garden there is a lovely play area for children which includes a swing, slide and trampoline. A large area equipped with a BBQ is also available to guests

Entirely in white limestone and wood, the structure has been renovated in full respect of the ancient original architectural structure and with the use of ecological materials of local production.

There is a large living room, where guests can gather to have breakfast, lunch and dinner all together or for moments of relaxation. A large, easy-to-use professional kitchen is available to guests.

Hot / cold air conditioning system in each room. Wi-fi internet connection. Large internal parking area. There is a laundry room including a washing machine, dryer and laundry accessories. The manager of the villa stay inside the villa: his presence, very discreet, is essential for keeping the entire structure in order, for the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, the systems, the large garden, as well as to be available, at any time, to guests for any need.

The proprety has 10 independent suite for a total of 14 double bedrooms. Each suite has one or more bedrooms.

1-GATTOPARDO – sleeps 5 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette) .
Spacious accommodation with veranda and sea view. The interior, on two floors, consists of a kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room overlooks the terrace with a panoramic view and includes a kitchenette complete with gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and a corner with chairs and a dining table.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The upper level, built on a mezzanine, offers a second double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

2-KAOS – sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette) .
The accommodation consists of a living area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A living room, bright and with a panoramic view, overlooks the front terrace. Elegant and well furnished, it offers a colorful living room with a French sofa bed, a kitchenette complete with gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and a corner with chairs and a dining table. A bathroom with shower. Built on a wooden mezzanine there are two bedrooms: one double that overlooks the living area and another double with en suite bathroom and shower.

3- SUD –  sleeps 2  (1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchenette) .
The accommodation, very spacious and bright, consists of a living area, a kitchenette, an area with a double bed (or two single beds) on a wooden mezzanine and a bathroom with shower on each floor. The living room overlooks the front terrace and is equipped with 2 sofa beds.

4- MALENA – sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette) .
The accommodation consists of a living area with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, and a second bedroom with a fouton bed for two, on a mezzanine, which overlooks the double bedroom below. In the mezzanine there is a second bathroom with shower.

5- STROMBOLI – sleeps 2 (1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchenette) .
The accommodation, very spacious and bright, consists of a living area, a kitchenette, an area with a double bed (or two single beds) on a wooden mezzanine and a bathroom with shower on each floor. The living room overlooks the front terrace and is equipped with 2 sofa beds.

6- NUOVOMONDO – sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette).
The accommodation consists of a living area with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, and a second bedroom with a fouton bed for two, on a mezzanine, which overlooks the double bedroom below. In the mezzanine there is a second bathroom with shower.
