An impressive and wonderful villa with a swimming pool, a courtyard and wide spaces. It is the ideal place for groups.
It is a majestic facility dating back to the first years of the nineteenth century. Today it shows all its magnificence thanks to an accurate and meticulous renovation of all its original parts including the garden. Owing to the numerous tall trees thathave been planted (carob trees, olive trees, palm trees and some other varieties of ornamental plants) the place has regained its ancient splendour.
At the entrance of the patio there is a wonderful flight of steps that leads to the solarium and to the swimming pool surrounded by date palm trees and oleanders. The swimming pool, with massaging water jets,is heated with solar panels, the water has a constant temperature of 28/29 degrees. At the back of the swimming pool there is a large patio with a well equipped kitchen, a large lunch table and a living area with a fireplace, some sofas and armchairs. Behind the courtyard there is the ancient stone patio called ″baglio″ surrounded by the suites and the ancient villa.
All the rooms have got centralized air conditioning system, but the temperature can be varied according to one’s own needs. In the ″baglio″ there are many fresh and private places where you can spend a part of the day in the shadow of the wonderful vegetation surrounding the different courtyards.
The owner lives inside the large estate, in a small independent structure outside the walls of the main villa. His discrete presence is essential to keep the place, the garden and the swimming pool in working order. It is also available to guests to organize (on demand) breakfast and dinner service.
The villa is ideal for groups from 12 to 36 people.The prices vary according to the season and to the number of guests. Anyway the exclusive use of the whole villa is guaranteed.

In a separate area you can find: a cooker with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, lunch table, a living room with some sofas, armchairs, tables and a fireplace area upon request.

We stayed in this gorgeous villa with a family party of 25 in summer 2023, with ages ranging from 7 to 84 years. It was an absolutely fabulous week. The pool area and communal eating/ games/ drinks/ music area is perfectly suited to large groups and the food (breakfast and dinner) was an absolute highlight every day. While there we also managed a day trip to Etna, a boat trip up the coast and a couple of half days in nearby Ragusa or on the beach for lunch. All in all a wonderful week and Michael and Sal (as noted in the other reviews) were absolutely fantastic - gracious and kind hosts who really went above and beyond with their hospitality and catering. Many, many thanks to you both for an unforgettable family holiday!!
We were a family reunion with people ranging in age from 2 to 92. We couldn't ask for a more wonderful experience, especially the hospitality of Sal and Michael, two remarkably generous people. They helped out in every way, every request and even organized an amazing piano recital for us one evening. If you're looking for a beautiful experience -- food, cultural, architectural, art and historical insights -- amongst the Baroque hill towns around Ragusa, Sal and Michael and Villa Zinna will assure you go home happy. One note, they've not got the easiest building to work with for the bedrooms so all are a little bit like a cave (those 17th century "masseria" builders just obviously weren't thinking ahead to 22nd century sensibilities!) but quite comfortable - we have no complaints. It was a wonderful, wonderful week. Thank you, Sal and Michael!
Twenty one of us stayed at this beautiful villa in June 2022. The property is outstanding and the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hosts are friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they helped with every request. We opted to have breakfast and evening meals provided by the hosts which were delicious. Convenient location, the beach and market town were close by. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our holiday and we would happily return again. Servizio impeccabile .Ogni giorno abbiamo apprezzato i diversi sughi di frutta freschi che ci regalava Salvatore . Abbiamo approfittato di questi momenti per meglio conoscere Salvatore che è davvero una persona molto preparata e per bene. Per due sere abbiamo chiesto che sia preparata la cena per il nostro gruppo (22 persone). Cibo buonissimo e servizio al top. Speriamo di tornare un giorno per vivere di nuovo un esperienza del genere
